By creating an account or using Reskale (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Reskale is a web application and browser extension that helps resellers manage inventory, crosslist products across marketplaces (eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop), track orders and shipments, send offers to likers, and manage business expenses. The App connects to third-party marketplace services through your browser.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
The App connects to your marketplace accounts (eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop) through a browser extension that reads data from marketplace tabs you have open. By connecting a marketplace, you authorize Reskale to read your listings, orders, messages, and offers from that platform. You may disconnect any marketplace at any time. Reskale is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of these marketplaces.
You agree not to: • Use the App for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Scrape, copy, or redistribute data obtained through the App • Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure • Use automated tools to access the App outside of normal usage • Resell or sublicense access to the App • Violate the terms of service of any connected marketplace
Certain features require a paid subscription processed through Stripe. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
The App integrates with third-party services (eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Google, Stripe, Supabase). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services.
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Reskale and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you input into the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that market data, pricing information, or sell-through rates are accurate or complete. Crosslisting actions are performed through your browser and marketplace sessions — we are not responsible for listing errors or marketplace policy violations. You should verify all data before making business decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reskale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, marketplace account suspensions, or business interruption.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
